I charge $110/hour plus a $50 service call. I bill in 15-minute increments. I do have a $160 minimum. If I need to buy materials, I don't mark them up. I just show you the receipt and add it to the invoice. I even get a discount on most materials :)

Give me a call and we can discuss your project. I'll be happy to provide you with a time estimate. 302-230-1325

Why I Charge by the Hour Instead of a Lump Sum

I’ve found that charging by the hour is the most fair and transparent way to do business. Here’s why I choose hourly pricing over lump sum estimates—and how it benefits you:

1. You Only Pay for the Time I Work

When you hire me, you’re paying for the actual time I spend on your project. That means you’re not overpaying for quick jobs or getting stuck with a padded flat rate that doesn’t reflect the real work involved.

2. Clear and Honest Pricing

I believe in keeping things simple and straightforward. Hourly pricing gives you a clear view of where your money is going—no hidden fees or guesswork. You’ll always know what to expect.

3. It Works for Jobs Big or Small

Whether you need help hanging shelves or tackling a more involved repair, hourly billing gives us the flexibility to handle any size project without having to renegotiate a flat rate.

4. Keeps Me Accountable

Charging by the hour keeps me focused and efficient. I respect your time and your budget, and hourly billing lets you track progress and feel confident that you're getting real value.

5. Tailored to Your Unique Needs

No two homes—or projects—are the same. With hourly pricing, I can adjust my work to fit your specific needs instead of trying to squeeze everything into a one-size-fits-all quote.

If you’re looking for an honest, skilled handyman, I’d love to help. Give me a call or send a message to schedule your project today—and experience the difference of fair, hourly pricing.
